Compass Associates are pleased to be working with a leading National provider in the Childrens Specialist Education sector, supporting children with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and Autism from the ages of 3 to 19 in an educational setting.
Together we are looking for an experienced Teacher who has strong background working within a SEN setting and is looking for a new challenge to thrive and progress in. Our client leads in their sector with innovative approaches to deliver measurable outcomes for those in their care, and we are looking for someone to drive their values and high-quality care.

What we are looking for:
– Previous experience teaching in a SEN school or extensive experience working with pupils with complex additional needs.
– Have experience teaching and be able to plan fun and engaging sessions.
– Have a UK QTS or QTLS
– Happy to see candidates with primary or secondary experience, as long as they have their QTS qualification.
Location:
The role is located in Uxbridge, easily commutable from Central London, Slough, High Wycombe and Watford.

Interview Process
The interview process will involve a face to face interview where you will prepare an engaging lesson plan and be observed presenting it.
