Compass Associates are working with a small growing provider who currently operate a small portfolio of residential care homes for Older People, Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health. Due to their recent and continued expansion, they're looking to recruit an Area Manager to oversee a number of residential services situated in the Swansea and Carmarthen areas.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing residential care homes either at multi-site / regional level or as a Peripatetic Manager. This could be an opportunity for a strong Care Home Manager who is looking to step up to their first Area Manager role, though they would need to demonstrate they have the ability to manage at multi-site, demonstrate a strong commercial acumen, experience with stakeholder management and in-depth knowledge of CIW regulations.

Location:
Primarily based in Swansea, with regional travel required across South Wales.
