Chris joined Compass Associates in June 2014 and currently heads up our Specialist Care Senior Management desk. With a wealth of experience in Healthcare Recruitment across multiple sectors, Chris has been praised for his detail oriented approach and professionalism. Previously, Chris spent 11 years with Capita Insurance working as part of the operational management team focusing on sales, customer service, account management & project management.

Chris has a thorough knowledge of the Social Care Industry, it’s various sub-sectors including services for people with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury and Neurological Conditions and services for Looked After Children. Chris is excellently placed to assist clients within a range of settings from Residential, Supported Living, Community Outreach, Secure Hospitals, Forensic Services, Day Centres, Specialist Education and Children’s Residential.
