Multisite Service Manager

Up to £42,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multisite Service Manager to oversee two Residential Homes in the Leicestershire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents, while also managing the day-to-day operations of both homes.
Who are we looking for?
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or RMA (Registered Manager Award)
- Strong experience overseeing 2 or more Residential services as a Registered Manager, Dual Registered Manager or Multisite Manager.
- Great decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the skills to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Great knowledge of CQC and their guidelines.

Shift Pattern
The shift pattern is standard hours of 9:00am – 17:00pm but flexible depending on needs of the services.
