Compass Associates are proud to be working with a respected and well-established organisation within the Specialist Health and Social Care sector, supporting those with a range of different needs like Learning Disabilities, Complex Mental Health and Forensic Histories.
Together we are looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager to oversee the running of a 'Outstanding' Residential service. The Service Manager will be responsible for motivating and managing a staff team to deliver the highest quality of care to those with varying needs, including Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries in the Swindon area.

Who are we looking for?
– Level 5 (NVQ) Diploma in Health and Social Care or RMA (Registered Manager Award)
– Great knowledge of CQC and their guidelines.
– Previous experience working as a Registered or Service Manager in a similar care setting.
– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the skills to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
– Clear DBS

Shift Pattern
The shift pattern is standard hours of 9:00am – 17:00pm but flexible depending on needs. The role includes being a part of an on-call rota with different levels of staff before reaching the Service Manager.
