Compass Associates are proud to be working with a highly reputable private care provider in their recruitment for a Home Manager in a Luxury Elderly Nursing Home for their medium sized care home.
This role would suit a Turnaround Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully in a luxury, fully private care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The candidate would be desirable of having experience of working within the Luxury Nursing home and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' – 'Outstanding' CQC reports.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

Requirements
- Nursing Home Manager experience (Essential).
- RGN/RMN/RNLD (Desirable).
- Experience working within luxury, full private homes (Desirable).
- Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
Location
The home is based in the around the Oxford area and would be a suitable commute from Didcot, Swindon, Wantage, Reading, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Thatcham, Andover, Witney and Bicester.
Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Turnaround Home Manager, for a Luxury Elderly Nursing Home with a nursing pin, who has a track history of managing homes or good CQC history. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £70,000 to £75,000 + 20% managers bonus.
