Josh joined the multi-award-winning Compass Associates Elderly Care Home Division in 2024. Based in our Portsmouth office, he focuses on management opportunities within nursing homes. Josh is known for delivering fantastic customer service and his passion for the care sector.

Covering London, Home Counties and Midlands, he recruits for a range of assignments from Home Managers, Operations, and Quality.

Josh previously worked in management roles within the care home sector before making the transition into recruitment, bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise.
