Here at Compass Associates we excited to be supporting a trusted client in recruiting a Nursing Home manager in the Historic Naval City of Plymouth, Devon.
This is a Medium Sized Nursing home with a primary focus on Elderly Care and Dementia, it currently sits with an Overall Good CQC rating and occupancy is current at 90% filled, a strong Clinical Deputy is in place allowing this role to be open to both Clinical and Non-Clinical applicants.
The home needs a knowlegable Home Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience to come in an make it their own, my client wishes to provide a happy, caring environment, with resident care being the prime focus so Team building skills accompanied with empathy and drive to provide an excellent service is a must
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' – 'Outstanding' CQC reports.
My Client are looking for a candidate that inspires with a positive personality, always wanting to motivate and positively push their team to provide expert nurturing care for its residents, being a Charitable trust the client are looking for a candidate that are not driven by KPI's but driven by a love to providing care for residents.
Requirements
- Nursing Home Manager experience (Essential).
- RGN/RMN/RNLD (desirable not essential).
- Experience working within a Medium Sized Nursing Home.
- Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
Location
The home is based in Plymouth and is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Saltash, Trehan, Plympton, Mile house and Carkeel
