Are you a confident Home Manager with a passion for supporting those with Learning Disabilities?

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a well-established provider in the Adults Health and Social Care sector who specialise in providing the best possible care for those with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.

Together we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager to join their Supported Living team in the Haverhill area. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the well-being and development of the residents in your care.

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living home
– Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services
– Lead a team of compassionate professionals
– Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

Location

This role is based in Haverhill in Suffolk, which is commutable from Cambridge, Sudbury, Braintree and Colchester.

Requirements

– NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
– Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar setting
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals with Mental Health needs and Learning Disabilities.
– Knowledge of CQC requirements and best practices
