I am currently seeking a passionate Deputy Manager to join my client and oversee supported living home in Letchworth Garden City.

About:

I am working with a leading provider of mental health and learning disabilities, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals who need support. They are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support, and are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to help oversee a brand new home in Letchworth Garden City.

Role Overview:

As the Deputy Manager , you will be responsible for helping lead and managing day-to-day operations of the Supported Living services. You will ensure that the residents receive the highest standard of care and report to your Cluster Manager.

Location

Located in Herefordshire commutable from Luton, Watford, Oxford, Chelmsford, Slough, Knebworth, Welwyn Garden City and Hemel Hempstead

Salary

This role is paying up to £34,000

Requirements

– NVQ 3 or above
– Proven experience in a management role within this setting
– Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Budget management experience.
