Overview
Compass Associates are working with an award-winning organisation who provides high quality patient focused rehabilitation services for adults and children. Conditions treated include; stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Together, we are looking for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapy for their Outstanding hospital based in the South London area. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Head of Therapies, and be responsible for managing 2 experienced SLTs, and a SLT Assistant.

About you
– Qualified Speech & Language Therapist (essential)
– UK HCPC registered – active pin, no restrictions (essential)
– Dysphagia and dysphasia trained (essential)
– Experience of mentoring and managing junior SALT or Speech and Language Therapy Assistants

Shift Patterns
5 days per week – Monday to Friday, flexibility with the hours, can do 4 days with condensed hours at 40 hours per week
