We are working on a Clinical Director vacancy in a beautiful, first opinion practice near Guildford. The role has become live as our current Director has decided to take a step back and we are looking for a Vet to bring a new, fresh energy in the practice.
Our site is a purpose made clinic with a multitude of consult rooms, operating theatres and modern diagnostic equipment. We have state-of-the-art dental X-Rays, Ultrasound machines and a spacious in house laboratory.We also have sperate wards and waiting areas for Cats and Dogs to keep client visits as stress free as possible and have the capacity to see a variety of exotics on top of your usual small animals. The team consist of a dozen veterinary professionals with a strong clinical team of Vets and Nurses already in place as well as a strong Practice Manager to support you in your leadership.
As the Clinical Director, you will need to be confident in all areas of first opinion pracitce. If your niche is in a particular area, you can focus on that doctrine but we are ideally looking for a General Practitioner who is able to float seamlessly between areas of the clinic. You will lead the Vets to raise clinical skills and confidence and work closely with the Practice Manager on the strategy and commercial KPIs that any veterinary clinic needs to hit.
Our current practice owners are also looking to have the Clinical Director possible become an owner alongside them later down the line if you are interested.
This is a full time, permanent role where you would also join the Saturday rota.

Location
Being based in Surrey, we are a stones throw from major airports if you are a regular traveller. We are situated near Guildford and commutable from Winchester, Basingstoke, Reading, Farnham, Alton, Haslemere, Bracknell, South East London and all surrounding areas.
