Theo works in our Consumer Healthcare Team (part of our Healthcare division), with a focus on Veterinary Assignments. Typical mandates include Veterinary Nurses and Surgeons in First Opinion Clinics and Referral Hospitals. His goal is to help veterinary professionals develop their career and expose them to new environments within the field. While primarily focusing on the Midlands and South Region, some of Theo’s work does stretch into the Northern area of the UK.

Theo is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with his clients, by arranging meetings, providing salary surveys and offering market knowledge to add value to their services. Working in a fast-paced sector, he prides himself on quick delivery, whilst maintaining a high-quality process.
