Compass Associates are delighted to be working alongside a beautiful veterinary practice in Surrey to help find a new Vet to join their team in a leadership role.

Our client mainly see's small animals but the surgeries are far from just routine. As well as your standard consults, neutering and emergency care, this clinic also see's complex dental work, advanced diagnostic work and ophthalmic's. Currently, we have a team of half a dozen Vets, many of who are working towards advanced certificates.

As a Lead Vet, you will work alongside the Clinical Director to not only treat pets but also train and develop more junior surgeons and support nurses completing their schedule 3s. You would also be heavily involved in driving the business's revenue and growth as a whole and develop & implement new policies and procedures to create a high standard, but efficient patient care pathway.

This is a full time, permanent role covering 40 hours per week with 1 Saturday a month. There is no OOH commitment at all.

Remuneration:

For the right candidate, we are looking to offer around £70,000 per annum. You also get additional benefits including:
