Overview:

Together we are actively headhunting a dynamic Director of Clinical Services with a specialized focus on operational and clinical oversight within Mental Health. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of the hospital's strategy while providing clinical leadership to the team.
This hospital in question provides specialist care to patients with a learning disability while presenting with mental health needs, challenging, or offending behaviour spanning across low secure beds, and rehabilitation beds.
As a dynamic Director of Clinical Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the hospital's strategy, providing crucial clinical leadership to the team. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you will oversee the clinical services operation, ensuring care standards and regulatory requirements are met while delivering the highest level of patient care.
The post holder will ensure the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients. Responsible for the implementation of effective clinical interventions and ensures that treatment is designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services and is aligned to best practice. Please be aware you will need to support 2 other smaller services in the area as part of this role.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC or HCPC registration.
- Management experience in a Mental Health setting.
- Inpatient Mental Health setting experience.
- Understanding of CQC requirements.
- Clear DBS with no restrictions.
– Hold a valid UK driving licence
Location:
Situated in the Diss area of Norfolk, this service provides excellent transportation connections throughout East Anglia, encompassing Norwich, Ipswich, and Bury St Edmunds. It's important to note that public transport options are limited, so a valid UK driving licence will be necessary.
