I really appreciated all the effort Luke from Compass Associates did for facilitating every stage of the interview process. I cannot thank him enough for being so responsive, engaging and supportive. I found my recruitment experience with Luke flawless and I would highly recommend him.
I just wanted to share my experience with Luke Shaw.
I was moving from the North of England to the south of England when I received a message on Indeed by Luke. He was recruiting people for a residential youth clinic and had come across my CV. He had a great understanding of my situation and worked around my schedule to secure an interview for me for when I moved down south. Every week, Luke touched base with me to make sure I knew the whole process of the recruitment process, and what was happening next and answered any questions I had in mind.
I appreciate everything Luke has done for me. I wish you all the luck for your future, Luke!
Luke was very helpful. He was very communicative and knowledgeable about the role and was able to answer my questions and follow up those he didn’t have the answers. He updated me on a weekly basis. At the beginning I was unsure that I was qualified for the role, but Luke gave me the information and encouragement to go for it and I ended up getting the job.I would highly recommend Luke.
It has been a pleasure working with you throughout this process. Thank you so much for all your help and support. Your support and kindness have made this journey to become a Mental Health Coach a wonderful experience. I greatly appreciate your friendliness and professionalism. I wish you all the best!
Luke has been fantastic throughout the entire process. From my initial call enquiring about the role right to my starting date within the new company. Luke is quick with communication, friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions as quickly and as in depth as possible. I felt more than prepared to start my new role thanks to Luke’s support. Thank you for helping me achieve my dream job!
Luke Shaw did an excellent job helping me find a new position. Very professional throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Compass Associates!
It has been a pleasure working with Luke from Compass Associates over the past few weeks and I have found him to be a patient, reliable and courteous individual who always had my best interest at heart. My new employer has so much to offer and when they get up and function at full capacity, they will revolutionise the way care is provided in this country. The reason I have been chosen to help deliver this is thanks to Luke for approaching me and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Please keep doing what you do best!
