Jack is a consultant within the Elderly Care division at Compass Associates. Based in the Manchester Office, Jack joined the team at the end of summer 2022. Since then he’s supported on various assignments across the North of England and Scotland, with particular focus to middle management vacancies within the residential care sector, such as; Deputy Managers, Home/Registered Managers, Commissioning Managers, Peripatetic Managers, Regional Support Managers & Turnaround Managers.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies combined with his career working within customer service, Jack is fully equipped to understand the wants and needs of his clientele and deliver on all key appointments. Already, Jack has built relationships with senior figures within the market and aims to be the ‘go to’ Recruitment Consultant for the North & Scotland.
