Compass Associates are delighted to be working in tandem with a specialist veterinary clinic in Dorest to help find a new Veterinary Surgeon to join a team of 30 veterinary professional. Our current team of nearly a dozen vets, RVNs and support team are looking for an additional surgeon due to recent success and planned expansions.
This is a full time, permanent role covering 40 hours per week and joining the weekend rota which is currently 1 in 5. Part time applicants can also be considered.
We have all the usual bells and whistles you would expect including modern theatres and prep rooms, x-ray and diagnostic equipment, in house lab, ward area and specialised tools for efficient surgeries and consulting. You role can be caterred to your skill set as we want to see you grow and develop as a vet. If you are looking for something leaning more towards consulting, surgeries, small animals or exotics, we would love to hear from you and see if it is a good fit.
While your clinical skills are important, and certificate holders will stand out, the most important thing is your character. We are a passionate and caring team who love to get on with each other. In an industry as stressful as veterinary, support from your team is crucial.
