Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be supporting a respected and established behavioral/mental health provider in search for a couple of Therapists for their facility in Templeton, MA.

We are looking for passionate, driven and dedicated therapists to support a detox facility which offers programs such as medically assisted detox, addiction treatment programs, residential treatment, family program and more.

The organization has built a reputation of ensuring that quality care is delivered and will be looking for the incoming therapists to replicate.

As a clinical therapist you will be involved in providing clinical services at PHP, detox and residential level of care within a fast paced environment. You will be engaging with the treatment team as well as daily patient care activities.

You will manage your own caseload, deliver individual, family and group therapy and be conducting bio-psychosocial assessments.

Criteria

  • You must be a qualified – LCSW, LADC-II, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC-I or other relevant license
  • You must be licensed in the state of MA.
  • Experience within the field of behavioral/mental health is essential.
  • Must be able to provide exceptional communication.
  • It is desirable to have experience/exposure with KIPU.

Compensation

Depending upon experience, compensation ranges between $65,000-$95,000.
