Job Title: Clinical Psychologist – Private Mental Hospital – Adults
Salary: £63,200 – £68,200
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days on site)

Overview:
Compass Associates is thrilled to partner with a renowned private mental health hospital, celebrated for over 30 years of delivering top-tier care. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join their dedicated multidisciplinary team, committed to the comprehensive assessment and treatment of eating disorders
In this role, you will manage your own caseload of adult inpatients, providing a blend of individual support and group sessions through evidence-based treatments. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments to develop, deliver, and recommend effective interventions. You will collaborate closely with the wider MDT within the eating disorder unit to ensure the highest standards of care.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Clinical Psychology
- UK HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience in an inpatient hospital setting or with adults diagnosed with eating disorders
- Proficiency in CBT-ED, MANTRA, or SSCM therapeutic approaches
- Availability to work onsite four days per week

Working Hours:
This part-time position spans five days per week, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note, this role requires onsite presence only, and there is no flexibility for remote/hybrid working.
