Job Title: Staff Nurse – RMN or RNLD – CAMHS Eating Disorder
Salary: £32,000 to £39,000 (DOE) + Welcome Bonus
Location: Hove, East Sussex
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Days & Nights

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a small inpatient unit which cater to young individuals aged 12 to 18 years who have a primary diagnosis of Eating Disorders. Together we are seeking a Staff Nurse to join their small, close-knit team that values collaboration and support.

As the Staff Nurse, you'll collaborate closely with fellow Staff Nurses and a team of experienced professionals, including Deputy Ward Managers and a supportive Ward Manager. Your primary duties will encompass assessing and planning care, serving as a primary nurse, participating in ward rounds and MDT meetings, and offering unwavering support to the families.

Essential Requirements:
– Registered Metal Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
– Active UK NMC Registration
– Experience in a Mental Health setting
– Experience in CAMHS or Eating Disorders (desirable)

This post is also open to new RMN or RNLD Nurses looking to take part in their preceptorship programme, who have a passion of working with young people.

Shift Pattern:
– 11.5 hour shifts + 1 hour break (7:30am to 8pm or 7:30pm to 8am)
– A rotating working pattern of 3 weeks of 3 shifts per week, and 1 week of 4 shifts per week.
– Mixture of days and nights
– Alternate weekend working

Location:
This clinic is located in Hove, East Sussex and is easily accessible by public transport. There is also off-site parking available to those that drive.

1 stage face to face interview with 2 senior team members.
