I am proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their small sized Luxury care home based in Nottingham. The service is a lovely, purpose built and stable elderly nursing home.
This role would suit a Home Manager or Deputy Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing a care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Nursing Deputy Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' CQC reports.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard, The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and want to hire who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.
Requirements
Nursing Home or Deputy Manager experience (Essential).
RGN/RMN/RNLD (Essential)
Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
Location
The home is based in Nottingham and commutable from Beeston, Derby, Stapleford, Loughborough, Mansfield Illford and surrounding areas.
Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home or Deputy Manager, ideally with a nursing pin, who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £45,000 to £55,000.
