Rachel is a Principal Consultant within the award-winning Elderly Care division at Compass Associates, amassing more than 11 years recruitment experience specially within the Elderly Care markets, making her a highly knowledgeable expert within her specialism.

Rachel is responsible for recruiting Home and Senior Management appointments across East Midlands, London, East Anglia and the Home Counties, and during her Compass career has made in excess of 195 placements at various levels.
