Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued and well-performing client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Home Manager, to work in their circa 65-bedded care home in the Nuneaton area, providing high end elderly care.
The Candidate
The role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join an extremely well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care, working towards an Outstanding CQC. The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes, consistently good or above CQC reports, an excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the luxury care sector.
Requirements
- Experienced Home Manager
- CQC Reports of Good or Above
- Strong commercial acumen, experience in marketing and budget management
- Elderly/dementia home management experience
Location
The role is based in Nuneaton, and is commutable from Market Harborough, Leicester, Ketterin, Corby, Northampton, Melton Mowbray, Loughborough,Coventry, Peterborough, Stamford and surrounding areas.
