Compass Associates are partnering with a beautiful Small Animal surgery to helpgrow their established team with the procurement of a new Registered Veterinary Nurse.
Our team consists of 4 Full time vets, 5 RVNs and additional support staff, we also have SVNs join our practice. We see an incredibly diverse case load: Small Animals take up most of our time but we also have a variety of exotics come through our doors. To treat our clients' pets, we boast state-of-the-art operating theatres; consult rooms, separate areas for Cats and Dogs to keep them calm and extensive diagnostics equipment including an X-Ray and Ultrasound.
Your role in the team can tailor to your own interests. We are looking for somebody with experience across the board: scrubbing in surgeries, assisting with Anaesthetics, running your own consults; managing the in-patients and working in our in house lab are but a few of the many things you can be doing with us. As we have SVNs joining our practice each year, somebody with Clinical Coaching already under their belt will stand out but it is not an essential requirement. If you see yourself as an expert in a particular doctrine, we are happy to have you specialise and develop your interests.

Where is the clinic?
This clinic is based near Bournemouth. Commutable from Poole, Brockenhurst, Ashurst, Southampton and all surrounding areas.
