Registered RGN Home Manager | Elderly Nursing Home
£75,000 per annum (£90,000 including Bonus Potential)
35 Days annual leave (inclusive of BH)
Location – Reading
Compass Associates are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to maintain the high standards currently in place, with a track history of proven Good CQC ratings, for a medium sized home located in Reading. The home specialises in nursing care and has a requirement to ensure excellence, transparency and quality care that is provided at all times.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a strong management background in Nursing Homes or within a residential setting. They must have a good or above CQC report, with an exceptional quality of care, be innovative with a compassionate approach. The position requires a confident, motivated person who can help lead and develop the team ,building strong relationships with not only the residents, families and the provider as well as networking within the local community.
Requirements
- Nurse qualified
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Excellent Understanding of CQC
- Dementia experience
