Overview
We are currently working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider to appoint a Registered nurse in a medium sized care home based in Port Talbot. This newly refurbished home is purpose built and provide lots of communal areas such as a hair salon, pub, cinema, cafe and much more. Community is an integral part of life at Plas Cwm Carw, and residents are supported to build strong relationships in the Port Talbot neighbourhood. They have several nursing units attached and is registered to provide general nursing, dementia and respite care. The Ideal candidate would have elderly care experience within a nursing home or hospital setting and good clinical practices that are up to date.
Requirements:
- Qualified RGN
- NMC registration
- 1 years' experience working in a nursing home or hospital setting
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team

This home is based in the centre of Port Talbot and can be commutable from Cwmafan, Neath, Briton Ferry and Pontrhydyfen
