Oliver's Bio

Having joined Compass Associates Elderly Care Division in January 2024, Ollie is going to be a key member of the Elderly Care as he will be the supporting the consultants in the team as a divisional resourcer and will be based in our Portsmouth office. He will support with hires throughout the UK, ranging from nurse requirements through to Deputy and Home Management roles. 

Oliver is new to recruitment but has a history of working in roles within sales and hospitality. As well as being energetic and dynamic, Ollie is a confident communicator, who is adept at forging relationships and this will enable him to get to know candidates and clients alike.
