Compass Associates are working with an independent provider of care and support services for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Health Needs across a national portfolio of residential and supported living services.
We're supporting the recruitment for a Registered Manager to oversee a CQC Registered Supported Living Service in Newham, London.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Registered Manager in either Supported Living or Residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, ASD, Challenging Behaviour & Complex Needs. The ideal candidate will have completed their QCF Level 5 or be willing to enroll on the course in addition to having in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations.

Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
