Overview
Compass Associates are currently working with one of the UK's leading national providers within the Adult Social Care market providing Residential and Supported Living services across the UK to headhunt for a Registered Manager to overlook the management of a Residential Service within Holbeach offering care to service users with Learning Disabilities alongside Autism.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to oversee the running of the service. The Registered Manager will be responsible for motivating a staff team to deliver the highest quality care to adults with Complex Needs ranging from, Severe Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

As the Registered Manager, you will also hold the CQC Registration for the Residential service, experience in achieving a successful and Good rated inspection is highly desirable.

As the Registered Manager, you will have the chance to develop and improve the service with particular focus on quality assurance and accurate reporting of data. Working with the establish team, you will have the chance to provide exemplary leadership and make a difference to the service users' lives.

Criteria

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management / RMA or equivalent
  • Experience as a Manager in a similar setting
  • Deputy Managers wanting to step up welcome to apply
  • Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities
  • Good people management skills
  • Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission standards
  • A role model, providing exemplary support and advice to promote good practice
  • Exceptional communicator, team player, empathetic and excellent people skills
  • Clear DBS / CRB
