Amber joined Compass Associates in 2022 from an Engineering and Construction recruitment background. She has joined the Adult Social Care and Specialist Children’s Services team focusing on Residential, Supported Living and Domiciliary settings overseeing the Midlands and Southern regions.

Typical assignments are Registered Managers, Service Manager and Quality Manager roles within Privately Owned, Private Equity backed and Charitable organisations specialising in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health provisions.
