The Role
As the CQC Registered Practice Manager you will be responsible for effectively leading a team and the management of the day-to-day operations within the business unit. You will be a key member of the clinic leadership team and responsible for managing all clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery in the clinic. You will be responsible for all operational aspects and be expected to provide support, direction, and leadership to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of clinic team members.
Salary
This position is paying up to £36,000 per annum along with excellent benefits including contributory pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance and much more.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience as a Dental Practice Manager
- Must have been a CQC Registered Manager
- Candidate need to be a strong people leader
- Proven success in growing a practice commercially
