Connor joined Compass Associates Manchester office in October 2021, after a successful 7 years’ of sales, field-based account management, and contract recruitment roles. Connor covers the Midlands, North of England, Scotland & Wales for the Healthcare Division, with a focus on management & senior appointments across primary and secondary care.

Connor is a regular attendee at industry events, seminars and award shows ensuring that his network meets the demands of his client base. Connor’s assignments cover a range of appointments across various markets, typical – including general surgical, ophthalmology, orthopaedic, cosmetics, oncology, diagnostics, and digital health.
