Compass Associates have partnered with a multinational healthcare organisation to find a Clinic Manager to lead their Burnley location.

Our client specialises in providing renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease so they can enable their patients to live a more fulfilling life. With the first dialysis clinic founded in Sweden, they now 31 kidney treatment centres in the UK, with a total of 450 clinics in 24 countries. Candidate

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join a brillant clinic, with a strong team of clinical staff.You will be instrumental in developing team culture by adhering to day-to-day responsibilities and facilitating the strategic company and client goals.

Salary

  • Paying between £43,539 to £48,880 per annum depending on experience, plus 20% bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full operational and clinical management of clinic(s) to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, preparing clinics for audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at clinic and management levels.
  • Manage finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control measures.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff, nurturing a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring Client Organizations, facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin
  • Management / Leadership experience
  • Awareness and understanding of NMC code of professional conduct
  • Understanding of clinical governance (CQC)
