Compass Associates are delighted to be working in tandem with a specialist veterinary clinic in Greater Manchester to help find them a new surgeon to join and lead their team.

Our clinic is a beautiful and spacious, silver cat friendly clinic. We have plenty of support for Vets with a large team of RVNs and support staff. We see a great variety of cases and have all the modern equipment a general practitioner could ask for to achieve success.

Your role will consist of a blend of clinical, hands on duties as you'd expect from any surgeon role. However, as the lead vet to hand you will also be responsible for managing a large team of vets and plan the financial performance of your sites. You will need to work with the practice manager to set plans and initiate growth amongst performance and clinical standards.

This position can be fully flexible hours, full or part time. Weekends are on a fair rota basis shared with the rest of the team and there’s no on call or OOH requirement.
