Compass Associates area proud to be working alongside a first opinion, veterinary practice in East London to help them in their search for a new Lead Surgeon. We currently have a team of 4 Vets you will work with, alongside some of the best RVNs and support staff we have had the pleasure of working with.

As a lead surgeon, you will work closely with our Director to not only work on clinical cases, but drive the practice's standards even higher and manage the future business development plans of the site. RE the case load, we mainly see small animals but do have a handful of exotic's come through the doors. If you are interested in completing certificates, our practice owner is very enthusiastic to help develop Vets as she has her own Cert AVP.

This is a full time, permanent role where you would be required to join the weekend rota. We are located in the heart of East London and are easily commutable from Woodford, Ilford, Upminster, Dagenham, Basildon, Brentwood, Central London and all surrounding areas.

Remuneration:

We are looking to offer £85,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE). You also get additional benefits including:
