This client is seeking a General Manager for one of their medium sized elderly residential and dementia services in the Chichester area. The providers objectives are simple. To deliver care that actually makes a difference while offering comfortable yet lavish environments for all residents, delivered by a team of truly compassionate individuals.
This stunning home needs an experienced General Manager to take full operational control and responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. Your role will include ensuring complete management of both the home and staff while working towards an extremely compliant service, inline with CQC regulations. You will also work to achieve the company's own aims and objectives, with the new General Manager having strong business acumen and luxury care experience.
You will need strong communication and leadership abilities and work closely alongside your Deputy and other HoD's to ensure appropriate staffing and more importantly, high-quality, person-centred care for each and every resident within the home.
Requirements
- Level 5 qualified preferred
- Strong commercial / business acumen to ensure financial success of the home
- Strong evidence of CQC compliance
- Luxury care experience
- High standards of practice and care delivery
- Experience in increasing occupancy

This home is located in the West-Sussex area and would be easily commutable from areas including Selsey, Bracklesham Bay, West Wittering, Hayling Island, Havant, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Easebourne, Billingshurst, Southwall, Henfield, Worthing and Bognor Regis.
