Onicca joined Compass Associates in January 2023 after completing her degree at Bournemouth University. She is part of the Adult Social Care and Specialist Children’s Services team focusing on Residential, Supported Living and Domiciliary setting and overseeing the Midlands and Southern regions.

Her typical assignments are Area Managers, Registered Managers, Service Manager and Quality Manager roles within Privately Owned, Private Equity backed and Charitable organisations specialising in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health provisions.
