Onicca De Guzman joined the multi award-winning Compass Associates Elderly Care Division in 2023 as a Divisional Resourcer and has recently been promoted to Consultant. Based in our Portsmouth office she focuses on management opportunities across the nursing and residential care home sectors. Specialising in deputy managers, home managers, senior management roles across the UK.

Having joined Compass in January 2023, Onicca comes from a background of working within nurseries, retail and events. She has an eye for detail and exceptional customer service standards, along with a personable and friendly character. Although early in her career with Compass Associates, she has all the factors that will make her an asset to the business.
