Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced executive director for their medium sized assisted living and memory care facility on the outskirts of New Orleans, LA.
This role would suit an experienced executive director or administrator that is passionate about care and has experience of managing small or medium sized assisted living, home care or skilled nursing facilities. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality care in line with company and Louisiana state regulations. Supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance. While working closely with the local community to maintain the relationship in the area.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience within senior care management, including prior experience as an executive director or administrator. While also showing you have a strong understanding of memory care, assisted living, management of a team and experience of managing financial budgets.
The candidate will have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful facility. The position requires a manager who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and be visible around the facility. While working closely with the local community and the sales team.
Requirements
Experience as an Executive director (Essential).
5 years management experience within senior care
P&L responsibility
Knowledge of memory care and Louisiana state regulations
Access to personal car and a valid driving license (Preferred)
Location
The facility is based on the outskirts of New Orleans and is commutable from Laplace, Houma, Thibodaux, Baton Rouge, Hammond, Mandeville, Slidell and surrounding areas.
