They are looking to add an experienced Deputy Manager to their team within a well-running home and are keen to nurture future career development. The chosen Deputy Manager will join a small to medium sized care home providing residential and dementia care to elderly residents. There is a settled Home Manager in post, and a great core staff team which allows for a stable atmosphere across the home. This role is a great opportunity for a current Deputy Manager to expand their skill set within a bustling care home, with a lot of potential.The role requires a strong and motivational leader who will be a supportive presence on the floor and possess a keen attention to detail when it comes to office tasks. The Deputy Manager will be tasked with supporting the Home Manager with the daily running of the home; completing audits, attending admissions assessments, ensuring care plans are robust and maintaining compliance across the home. This role is commutable from: Chesterfield, Mansfield, Worksop, Dronfield, Sheffield, Hucknall, Ripley, Matlock, Bakewell, Bolsover and Ollerton. To be considered for the role, you’ll be an existing Deputy Manager with a strong passion for providing quality care. You’ll be an approachable figure, keen to offer support and guidance to junior members of the team. You’ll also hold a good knowledge of CQC requirements, and have worked with electronic care plans.
