Overview:
Compass Associates are partnering with a leading health care provider, looking to appoint a Deputy Home Manager, within a medium sized nursing home, located in Westbury.
As a Deputy Home Manager you’ll be making sure the level of clinical care offered goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a servicethat’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
Requirements:
- A valid NMC registration with no limitations to practice
- Ideally 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead within a nursing home setting OR 5 years' experience working as a Senior Nurse within elderly care with strong leadership skills
- Our client are potentially open to having conversations with candidates who hold elderly care experience within community or hospital settings.
- Positive energy, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
