Amie works within the Elderly care division overseeing our Homecare offering which includes Domiciliary Care, Extra Care and Retirement Living. Prior to joining Compass Amie worked within the NHS for 9 years and has experience working with a variety of healthcare professionals and delivering excellent Customer Services which has given her good ingredients to be successful within recruitment.

With over two and a half years experience, Amie is diligent and passionate about recruiting across the market space and is a go to for anyone looking to add talent to their team within Homecare services. Working Geographically, she focusses on appointments covering the South of England (Birmingham & down) typically these roles range from management through to director assignments.
