Overview:
Compass Associates are partnering with a leading health care provider, looking to appoint a Deputy Home Manager, within a medium sized nursing home, located in Falkirk.
The dedicated and professional care team likes to learn about each resident’s hobbies and interests to design a comprehensive activity programme, supporting those living in the home to enjoy the things they love most. From building relationships with neighbours in local community groups and schools, to arranging sightseeing trips in the local area, residents are supported to take an active role in the Falkirk community.
This is a great opportunity for an experience healthcare professional to join a welcoming team, taking pride in what they do.
Requirements:
- A valid NMC registration with no limitations to practice
- Ideally 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead within a nursing home setting OR 5 years' experience working as a Senior Nurse within elderly care with strong leadership skills
- Our client are potentially open to having conversations with candidates who hold elderly care experience within community or hospital settings.
- Positive energy, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
