The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside an exciting care provider who operate across the UK, inclusive of a portfolio of nursing, residential, dementia and complex care homes. The business is seeking a commercially savvy manager to pioneer the opening of a new luxury care home situated in Bradford.
This role will join a service catering to specialist dementia and complex nursing care. Once open, this service will benefit from a hair salon, games room, beautiful secured gardens, and a dedicated staff team to offer tailored care to each resident. Full autonomy of the project will be afforded in the form of; development of the staffing team, forging links across the community and managing the adherence to budgets.
A previous commissioning experience would be ideal for the role, but experience of having managed a large nursing care homes is essential to success. This project is an exciting opportunity to create a high-performing service with genuine, quality person-centered care but could also lead to career progression in the future.
The Candidate
The successful manager will ideally be nurse qualified (RGN / RMN / RNLD) or hold a successful history of managing large bedded nursing services; along with a solid comprehension of dementia care. They will be able to evidence previous CQC inspections, an ability to drive occupancy and an approachable management style that will champion staff.
