Job Title: Clinical Trainer – Complex Care
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Remote/Hybrid with training delivery across 4 sites in London, Guildford, and Sussex

Overview:
We are thrilled to collaborate with a growing Complex Care organisation specialising in the care of both Children and Adults. With significant growth across the South of England and an esteemed Good CQC rating, our partner is making significant strides.

As the Clinical Trainer, you will hold a pivotal role in creating and delivering top-tier training and education to Nurses and HCAs in a classroom setting, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to their clients. Initially serving as the sole Clinical Trainer, there is potential for progression into a managerial role overseeing the training team to support its growth.

Essential Requirements:
– Registered Nurse (RGN / RCN / RSCN) with active UK NMC registration
– Minimum 2 years' experience in designing, developing and delivering training programs to nurses and HCAs.
– Experience in paediatric nursing
– Experience in ventilators and tracheostomy care
– Preferably working as a Clinical Trainer in a complex care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and implement comprehensive company training programs covering various aspects of complex care at home. Topics include Health and Safety, Medications, Basic Life Support, Tracheostomy, and Airway Management
– Deliver the training to new starters and existing Nurses and HCAs.
– Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations to ensure training materials remain relevant
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance training processes and materials
– Maintain accurate records of training sessions

Location:
– The first 3 months will be predominantly remote based where you will be creating the company-wide training.
– This position offers a hybrid arrangement, with 1-2 days working remotely for curriculum development. The remaining days involve travel to designated training venues near London Bridge, Guildford, Sussex, and Stratford.

Shift Pattern:
– Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
– This position requires a 5 days working week.
