Compass Associates are proud to be working with an award-winning private surgical hospital located in Sheffield. They offer a wide range of specialities such as orthopaedics, dermatology, gynaecology, urology, cancer care, general surgery, cosmetic surgery and paediatrics.
At present they are looking for a clinical pharmacist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis covering the pharmacy which is open Monday – Saturday (Saturdays on a rotational basis – 1:4).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Utilise pharmaceutical expertise to contribute to patient care within the hospital, assisting the pharmacy department in delivering high-quality medicine management service
– Procurement, preparation, dispensing and distribution of medicines
– Providing guidance to junior staff
– Facilitate the daily operations of the pharmacy department
REQUIREMENTS
– Degree in Pharmacy | MPharm, BSc, or BPharm
– GPhC registered
– 12 months working in a hospital environment
– Experience in oncology is desirable but not essential
