Jennifer's Bio

Jenny is a Recruitment Consultant who joined Compass Associates Manchester Office in 2023 working in the Healthcare division. After completing her degree in Theology and religious studies from Chester University, Jenny established herself as a manager within the hospitality sector before turning her attention and career to recruitment. Jenny oversees appointments within our Pharmacy practice.

Typically, her appointments include; clinical pharmacists, specialist pharmacist, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy managers within various Community Pharmacies, Hospitals, Mental Health Services & GP practices across the Midlands, North & Scotland.

Jenny’s warm and friendly manner has allowed her to build positive working relationships with both clients and candidates alike attracting some of the best talent and opportunities in the pharmacy sector. Her tenacity and drive are often commented on regularly and she is constantly updating her knowledge with the latest publications and staying abreast of developments in the industry to ensure she remains an expert in her field.
