The Role:
This UK leading private healthcare provider which works closely with the NHS nationally is looking to hire a Clinical Lead in West Yorkshire due to an expansion of its ophthalmology service across the Northwest & Yorkshire.
Joining an established and supportive team, you will work closely with senior management and the wider clinical workforce to deliver schedule treatment to patients with age related macular degeneration as well as other ophthalmic conditions.
The ophthalmic team is passionate about ensuring patients receive effective healthcare solutions and their aim is to offer speedy and effective treatment for both private and NHS patients.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly skilled in ophthalmic procedures – you will also have a strong background in performing AMD injections.
This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about leadership as you will be heavily involved in ensuring high standards of care are met and that the team working under you feel supported.
You will be a pivotal part of the business at a time of expansion, so it is important that you are someone who is passionate about bringing new ideas to the table and who is comfortable with decision making.
Requirements:
- Active NMC registration
- Driving license and access to your own car
- Strong background in ophthalmic nursing
- AMD injection trained
- Passionate about leadership
- Positive attitude with a desire to work collaboratively
