The role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-driven individual, either from a coordinating background within Elderly Homecare or Customer Service Representative, looking to bring their passion and expertise into a new sector. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients – liaising and matching them to specific carers skillsets. You will be heavily responsible for focusing on the quality of customer service provided to clients, in order to build long-lasting, happy relationships. Additionally, my client is in the process of implementing a banding structure, to ensure a clear progression pathway, in order for those individuals who join the brand, to successfully grow within their career and business.
The ideal candidate will have:
– Excellent customer service skills
– UK Drivers License and access to own vehicle
– Great leadership skills and the desire to grow
This position is based in Redhill and is commutable from Leatherhead, Dorking, Horley, Crawley, Betchworth, Salfords, Westcott, South Holmwood, Ewhurst, Reigate, and Smallfield.
