Niamh is part of the Elderly Care Division at Compass Associates, where she is responsible for providing talented leaders within Home Care. Niamh recruits across the Midlands, Wales and Southern England, covering Registered Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Business Development Managers and General Manager (Retirement Living).

Having joined Compass Associates in early 2023, Niamh has gained outstanding feedback from candidates and clients alike, all commenting on her supportive, insightful and highly personable nature, making herself a specialist in this niche area.
